We do the work for you! Terpli has partnerships with major LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) to be able to extract terpene information from your COA’s. All you do is upload files into a shared drive, and we do the rest.
Terpli has a massive database of COAs down to the terpenes and minor cannabinoids which we can use to recommend products across your shelves in lieu of any provided COAs. Our preference is to have the exact COA to maximize coverage, but know that can be difficult operationally. We’re happy to work with you on providing the best solution here.
Terpli pulls live inventory, product information and purchase history directly from our POS, eCommerce, and Loyalty partners.
We have integrations with leading tech providers such as Dutchie, Jane Technologies, Alpine IQ, Blaze/Tymber, Flowhub, Springbig, Treez and more to ensure we’re always recommending in-stock products (and this list is always growing)!
Because we are pulling purchase history via our partners, Terpli users can ONLY leave reviews on products they have purchased. This ensures quality, valid feedback. Terpli aggregates reviews across any product that has been purchased, even if they didn’t use Terpli to get the recommendation. 🙂
Only the consumer, in their personal journal within Terpli, and the retail partner where they bought the product, can see the reviews.
Terpli reviews are currently private. Retailers receive a copy of all submitted reviews, and the consumer can see their reviews within their personal journal in Terpli.
We give you a simple script and help you copy-paste it into your website. Installation usually takes no more than 15 minutes.
Do you want to improve the service and guidance you offer your customers? We want you to be the hero in your customers’ journey! This goes hand-in-hand with increasing your online and in-person sales.
Terpli reports on multiple dimensions of the shopping experience to help retailers understand their customers better:
Conversion funnel analysis, with engagement and click-thru metrics to understand shopper and checkout behavior.
Loyalty platform metrics and a side-by-side comparison between regular shoppers and those using Terpli
Zero-party consumer preference information (data your shoppers voluntarily provide about their preferences).
Product-specific customer feedback on reviews so you know what’s working (or more importantly, what’s not working).
